Joined Ørsted as Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Formerly, Chief Executive Officer and Group President of Grundfos, leading their sustainability agenda for the past 6 years. Prior to joining Grundfos, held several management positions at Lego for 23 years. Holds a Master of Science in International Business, 1991. In 2017, appointed by the Danish Government to represent Denmark in the Business and Sustainable Development Commission. Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Danish Crown, Deputy Chairman Adviser of Confederation of Danish Industry, and a Member of the Advisory Board of Axcel.
