Natalie Pierce leads Global Programming for the Global Shapers Community, a scalable solution founded by the World Economic Forum for organising and mobilising the full potential of young people. Natalie joined the Forum in March 2016 – contributing her expertise to several initiatives including community-building, programme development, impact evaluation and communications. Natalie is passionate about collaborative design and facilitation, and uses her skill set to inspire, empower and connect community leaders to create change. Before this, Natalie worked at the United Nations Office of Geneva in the Office of the Director-General and Teach for Canada. Natalie holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario earning a BA in Globalization Studies and Political Science.
