Policy-making needs to be reimagined for the Fourth Industrial Revolution; legislators and regulators need more agile governance in terms of emerging technologies and the business models that they enable, and policy development that is no longer limited to governments but rather increasingly a multi-stakeholder effort. The Global Future Council on Agile Governance will develop an agile governance toolkit, to enable leaders to put agile governance into practice.
